CHRISTIE PANAYIOTOY
Christie Panayiotou holds a degree in Physical and Sports Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional. Specializing in personal training, Pilates, and group fitness, she co-founded several successful studios, including Il Sportivo Health Club and Absolut Pilates & Fitness Studio in Cyprus. A national Tae Kwon Do and Judo champion, Christie also holds black belts in both sports and has been a member of the Cyprus national team. She has collaborated with Nike, contributed to fitness websites, and appeared on TV shows, sharing her expertise in health and fitness.
